Weekend catch-up

My sister had given us a framed picture of Kevo as part of our Christmas, and we wanted something that would match for the photos of Katelyn and Logan. So while I headed off to the Church for rehearsal run through Kristie was off to the Mall, K-mart, Target, Hobby Lobby etc in search of a suitable match We needed two smaller ones for the other kids. After that she went to Ashley's basketball game.

Since it was Super Bowl weekend we moved our two Sunday night services to Saturday. It was a great idea since it was the second highest rated show ever. Second only to the final episode of M.A.S.H.

On Sunday night our home-group got together for a Superbowl party. We gathered at Alvin and Sheila's around 6:00 pm with all the food we could carry. You know eating is very important and energy level are critical during a close game. We had a great time. It really did not matter who won, since none of us were rooting too hard for either team. We were all there really for the commercials.

I kinda felt sorry for the folk working at the pizza place. Kristie and I stopped on our way to pick-up our pie and it took 10 minutes to run my bill. The phone was ringing that much.
