We celebrate my Father-in-law's birthday tomorrow. Happy Birthday Roy. He is basically a beans and cornbread kind of guy, but the one thing he loves is catfish. He likes it so much we took him to Harbor Inn for dinner tonight. The food was very good.

Ok I confess. I give Kristie grief often about going to a sea food place and ordering chicken. I mean it’s a seafood restaurant for crying out loud. But tonight though I arrived with my mind made-up. I was ordering popcorn shrimp. That is until I saw the sign with the special. Prime Rib $ 10.95. Now I know what you are thinking. How can a mid-priced seafood joint have good steak. And how could you possibly get a quality Prime Rib for just $10.95? I don’t know. But I assure you it was one of the best I ever ate. So tender I actually cut it with my fork. Never needing the knife. Great flavor, just enough fat for special taste. A near perfect steak.

Harbor Inn = great Prime Rib………. SURPRISE !!!!!!!
