I left an answer to your question with a link to a post about our leaving Venezuela. I can not go into many details, but there are legal problems and concerns. We will not be allowed to renew our religious workers Visa which is expiring. This is all due to the Presidential decree which caused all American missionaries to be expelled from the jungle here. We leave next month. We will be relocating to Paragauay.

Sibley should bring anywhere from $350,000 to $500,000 but it does have a cafe, dance hall, skating ring, and a motel. The population was 46 at the 2000 census.

As to the renaming... If it was in Nevada I'd call it Lost Wages, If in California I'd call it San Sibley..
