Disguised complete with ski-masks and armed with knives the kids pulled of an armed robbery of a jewelry store in Hong Kong. Two boys and a girl, all aged 14 almost got away with gold necklaces, bracelets and pendants valued at more than HK$1 million ($128,200).

All three are now facing hard jail time. The “master mind“ of the crime reportedly formulated his plan after seeing crime shows on television. He had only been released from jail a few weeks for an earlier crime. He had served seven years for that offence. Seven years and he is just 14. That’s half of his life in jail already.
